For this reason we have invested in training: 10 members of our team — including all drivers — completed a 3-day updated first aid course, with certification and practical sessions on real-life scenarios.

Lodge staff also took part in the training and several interns joined the exercises, strengthening operational capacity across the entire travel experience.

Skills acquired include assessment and stabilization of emergencies, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), management of bleeding and injuries, recognition of shock, and initial care until professional help arrives. This preparation improves operational readiness at every stage of the itinerary and ensures rapid, safe responses both in remote areas and on more frequented routes.
