She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, which has provided her with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of guest care.
Memory enjoys meeting people from different cultural backgrounds and is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment for every visitor.
Through her role, she helps guests feel comfortable and contributes to making their stay in Malawi memorable and enjoyable.
